meet Therese!

I’m a certified Primal Health Coach and a married mother of two young girls. I help busy women and moms overcome overwhelm and rebuild their health with simple, sustainable habits. After years of juggling stress, digestive issues, and constant fatigue, I transformed my own well-being through Primal-inspired nutrition, joyful movement, and realistic stress management. Now I’m here to guide you toward feeling energized, confident, and present in your life again—without complicated rules or perfection.

Where I Started: A Season of Struggle

I spent years dealing with weight fluctuations, digestive issues, anxiety, and the nonstop pressure of balancing work and motherhood. I felt exhausted, disconnected, and worried that I was missing the best parts of my kids’ lives. No matter what diet I tried, nothing seemed to stick—and I didn’t feel like the mom or woman I wanted to be.

The Turning Point: Small Shifts, Big Changes

My transformation began with small, sustainable steps—not an overnight overhaul.

📌 A more Primal-inspired way of eating
Helped ease my digestive issues, reduce bloating, and give me steady energy.

📌 Finding movement I love
My Peloton became a catalyst for consistency and joy in exercise—starting with cycling and growing into strength and a variety of workouts.

📌 Leaving the corporate world
After 20+ years, stepping away allowed me to reduce stress, reconnect with myself, and create space for what truly mattered.

These shifts helped me feel present again—in my life, my health, and my motherhood.

Why I Became a Health Coach

As I healed, I felt called to help other women who felt the same overwhelm and frustration I once did. I know what it’s like to want change but not know where to begin.

Today, I support busy women—especially moms—in creating simple, doable habits that fit real life. Through nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, sunlight and “playing”, I help you feel more energized, confident, and grounded.

  • I’m a Bravo lover – Traitors, Southern Charm, Summer House, and all the Housewives shows.
  • My favorite way to relax is to read. My favorite author is Elin Hilderbrand.
  • I’m the founder of a motherhood & self-care blog, Mending Time, Mama.
  • Two of my favorite “splurges” are dark chocolate and a glass of red wine.
