Hello! I’m Therese Masiello-London, certified Primal Health Coach. I’m a married mother of two young girls. I worked in the Corporate world for over 20 years until I needed a change. I decided to become a health coach so I can help busy moms like me create healthier habits that stick!
I’m Here to share my story so you Have Hope that You will get Healthier too!
I have a history of struggling with my weight. I’ve tried different diets that would work but then I’d usually gain at least some of the weight back. I also suffered from IBS, anxiety, and had trouble dealing with stress, resulting in symptoms such as constipation, stomach pain, heart palpitations, and fatigue. I lacked energy. On weekends I either wanted to have a few drinks or just sit and relax.
I felt hopeless with the weight, like this is just how I was meant to be. I didn’t have the patience or energy I wanted to have for my family. I felt like a bad mom and wife. I was frustrated as I had worked so hard to have this family but I couldn’t enjoy my life. I was afraid I was going to miss out on the best parts of my kids’ lives.
Diet changes are difficult but I’ve been adopting a more Primal diet. This has helped with many of my digestive issues. When I eat less carbs my satiety lasts longer and I’m less bloated. Another change that has really changed my life is that I got a Peloton. In the beginning I kept pushing myself to do harder rides, not realizing that chronic cardio wasn’t good for me! Now I alternate between bike rides and strength workouts to have variety. I make my workouts fun and don’t just do them to lose weight. Finally, I left the Corporate world, which has really helped with my stress management.
I decided to become a health coach because I’ve always been interested in health topics. After being in the Corporate world for 20+ years, I wanted to have a job where I’m helping people, making a difference, and have a purpose. I want to help other people going through similar issues as me. I’m excited to coach other women like me on managing stress, having a consistent exercise routine, eating more nourishing foods, and finding time for themselves for self-care.

- I’m a Bravo lover – Traitors, Vanderpump Rules, and all the Housewives shows.
- My favorite way to relax is to read. My favorite author is Elin Hilderbrand.
- I’m the founder of a motherhood & self-care blog, Mending Time, Mama.
- Two of my favorite “splurges” are dark chocolate and a glass of red wine.
