Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and cover the pork evenly with the red pepper and garlic powder. Sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste on top.
  • Cover both sides of the pork evenly with the parsley and rosemary and then place the pork in a slow cooker that is at least 4-quarts in size.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Let the pork rest for approximately 10 minutes before serving.
