Slow Cooker Herbed Pork Roast

- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and cover the pork evenly with the red pepper and garlic powder. Sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste on top.
Cover both sides of the pork evenly with the parsley and rosemary and then place the pork in a slow cooker that is at least 4-quarts in size.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Let the pork rest for approximately 10 minutes before serving.
