I’m not the coach who’s got it all figured out. I’m the coach who’s living it with you.
I’m Therese — a 45-year-old mom of two girls, former 20-year actuary, PTA VP, and Certified Primal Health Coach. I batch cook every Tuesday, wake up at 5:30am, and do school pickup just like you do.
I spent years failing at Weight Watchers and Noom — not because I lacked willpower, but because the approach was wrong for my life. When I found a metabolism-first, no-tracking approach, everything changed.
